If you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind a bright sign outside your window, this place is amazing. The location is spot on, near the heart of Patong Beach, malls, and Bangla Road, all just a short walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and much better than expected, surpassing even the published photos. However, there was a slight moldy smell in the air.

The staff were very nice initially but unfortunately ruined our luggage with a leaking air conditioner and then refused to move us rooms, even laughing at our situation. The service was a mixed bag with some rude interactions and unhelpful responses.

The location was very good, close to the night market and not far from Bangla Road. It was modern and convenient, offering easy access to shops, transport, and Patong Beach.

The dining experience was average at best with a limited collection of choices. The meals got old pretty fast as the options were quite limited.
